Maximize your Popfetti visit by following these simple tips recommended by our Fairy Godmothers!
- Does the birthday child still nap? Plan the party around nap time to ensure a happy, and cooperative birthday child!
- Plan for your character to arrive at least 30 minutes into the party. This will prevent any late guests from missing out on any Popfetti Party fun!
- Avoid making character visits a surprise! First time meet and greets tend to not go as planned as children tend to act shy or starstruck. Instead, give hints to a special guest coming to the party to allow birthday child to mentally prepare for a surprise! Message us for fun, personalized ideas!
- Maximize your Popfetti visit! Shut down the bounce house or other party entertainment during your scheduled visit time to allow guests to focus on one activity at a time.
- When planning your party venue layout, plan for an open table and open play area for your Popfetti visit time! Fun photo op areas are highly encouraged!
- Be present! Enjoy all your hard work party planning by being present during the party, and assigning a friend or family member to take photos for you! Bonus: You also will get to be in the photos rather than behind the camera!
COVID-19 Tips
- Prevent the spread of germs by having birthday child blow out a candle on a cupcake instead of the actual birthday cake!
- Have hand sanitizer or washing stations easily accessed by your party guests.
- Wear masks as you see fit.

Trusting someone with the entertainment at your child’s birthday is stressful. By booking with Popfetti Princess Parties you are not only scheduling a high-quality character and performer for your child’s special day, you are also booking peace of mind that your entertainment will show up in a timely manner. You can be rest assured that we will arrive on time, in the appropriate costume/attire, and that your performer will be ready to give you their full attention and the best princess performance you have ever seen!
Payment
We understand that your child’s birthday party is only one part of making your child’s day special. This is why we allow deposits at the time of booking instead of requiring your total amount in full once you have filled out our booking forms/requested your invoice.
We will send over an invoice that will allow for a deposit of $75 and the remaining balance can be made at any time through the same invoice link found in your email. The total payment is due 48 hours before your party. After your invoice is sent we hold your spot for 72 hours and after that we open it back up to allow others to book. Your invoice will be sent through our party pro business service.
